Both. The DLM1 is for licences issued in Northern Ireland by the DVA, and the D4 is for licences issued in Great Britain by the DVLA. Just tell us which licence you hold when you book.

Just bring your glasses if you wear them for driving. Your D4 or DLM1 is supplied by the examining doctor, and your medical history is obtained with your consent — we handle the rest.

All driver medicals are a flat £100, payable by cash or card on the day. The eyesight examination is included — there's no separate optician fee.

That depends on your licence and your age. Tell us where you are in the process when you book and we will confirm exactly what you need.

We'll always try to schedule you into the next available appointment. There is availability every week, medicals are usually completed within 7 days of booking, and urgent appointments can be arranged when required.
